At Toros Athletic Store, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel and exceptional customer service. However, due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Items
Since all items are custom-made to order, including personalized jerseys, spirit wear, and team apparel, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund for the defective or incorrect item.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

4. Sizing Issues
We provide detailed size charts for each product to ensure you get the best fit. Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund for defective or incorrect items, please email us at jlynnsgraphix@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued for a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.
